Will I be charged additional fees on-site after the estimate?

We will ask about the situation over the phone or LINE to provide a rough estimate, and after confirming the actual vehicle condition (lock and computer status) on-site, we will present a "final estimate."

We will only start work after you agree to the amount, so there will never be any unjust additional charges later. You can trust us.

In the case of a "total loss" where there are no keys at all, is towing necessary?

Towing is not necessary. We will restore it on-site.

Our dedicated service vehicle will come directly to your home parking lot or wherever you are. Equipped with the latest programming equipment, we can access the computer on-site without having to leave your car at the dealer for weeks, allowing us to create and register a new key on the same day so you can drive it home.

Depending on the vehicle type, there may be cases where we cannot respond on-site, so please be advised in advance.

I dropped my keys somewhere, and I'm worried that my car might get stolen.

Is there anything I should prepare on the day of the request?

Please prepare your "identification" and "vehicle inspection certificate" for identity verification.

To prevent automobile theft and comply with related laws and regulations, be sure to do so before starting work.
